Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Compliance, Human Resources, or a related field
• Proven experience in Risk Compliance and Governance roles, preferably within a regulated industry
• Minimum experience of 5–7 years
• Strong knowledge of e-learning platforms, content development, and instructional design principles
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and make informed decisions

Responsibilities

• Explain developments in industry regulations and compliance requirements relevant to our business
• Explain how to develop and implement compliance strategies and processes to mitigate risk
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential compliance issues
• Explain how to develop and maintain corporate governance policies and procedures
• Explain what a policy that aligns with regulatory requirements and industry best practices looks like
