Job summary

President University Foundation seeks a Governance & Business Process Officer (QA) to develop, standardize, and update SOPs across academic and administrative units. You will work with process owners to map workflows and translate them into clear procedures that ensure consistent and accountable operations.

This role requires strong analytical and documentation skills, experience in BPMN, ISO 9001 and tool proficiency (Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Business Administration, Law or related field.
• Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology is relevant.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in SOP development, business process, governance, quality management, or organizational development.
• Experience developing SOPs within educational institutions is a plus.
• Skilled in stakeholder interviews, SOP writing, and process mapping.
• Proficient in Visio, Lucidchart, Bizagi, Draw.io or similar tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of BPMN, ISO 9001, or document control is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update SOPs across all units.
• Interview process owners to understand existing workflows and operational needs.
• Map as-is and to-be processes into clear flowcharts.
• Coordinate SOP review, approval, and implementation.
• Conduct annual reviews to ensure SOPs remain relevant and effective.
• Maintain SOP documentation, version control, and revision records.
• Recommend improvements for inefficient or unclear processes.
