Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Check-in guests by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing room keys.
• Process payments including room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit.
• Process check-outs and resolve late or disputed charges; balance and drop receipts.
• Answer, record, and process guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to track room readiness and communicate parking procedures; assist bell/valet staff as needed.
• Provide directions and information about local area; run daily reports and prepare cashier/closing reports in the system.
