Job summary

LG Indonesia seeks a National In-Store Manager to drive national GTM and oversee store displays, POSM, and promoter teams across the country. The role includes managing trainers and merchandisers and ensuring store renovations and SKU flooring monitoring.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, has strong in-store management and retail knowledge, and at least 3 years as a Team Head/ Manager, with experience in field force management and merchandising; data analytics skills are a plus.

• Strong knowledge of in-store management, retail, and Salesforce management.
• Experience as Team Head/ Manager with minimum 3 years.

• Responsible for managing national GTM activity.

• Promoter management including sellout productivity, capability/performance and motivation.
• Capability development through training, including offline/online training, performance management, material development, BP search; trainers and merchandisers' capability to be managed.
