Job summary

LG Electronics is seeking a national in-store activities leader to drive Go-To-Market execution and oversee store displays, POSM, and SKU flooring. You will manage promot ers, trainers, and merchandisers, ensuring productivity and motivation across the field force.

You will develop capabilities through offline/online training, performance management, and material development while coordinating BP search and trainer/merchandiser programs.

Qualifications

• At least bachelor’s degree in any major.
• 1. Good knowledge In-Store management, Retail, Salesforce management.
• 2. Experienced as Team Head/ Manager Min.3 years.

Responsibilities

• Manage national GTM activity.
• Oversee store displays (rack, POSM) and manpower (promoter, trainer, merchandiser).
• In-store display includes store renovation, POSM and SKU flooring monitoring.
• Lead promoter team focusing on sellout productivity, capability and motivation.
• Develop capability through training (offline/online), performance management, material development, BP search; manage trainers and merchandisers.
