Job description

PT Petrolindo Megah Perkasa is currently looking for an experienced professional to join our team as:

Proven track record in driving measurable business impact through Finance, Accounting & Tax, with tangible improvements in profitability, cost efficiency, working capital, and overall financial performance

Experienced in overseeing enterprise-wide financial performance at Head Office/Corporate level across multiple business units, branches, operational sites, and/or legal entities

Extensive expertise in corporate financial planning & analysis, budgeting, financial consolidation, management reporting, taxation, internal controls, and financial governance

Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to translate financial data into strategic insights and recommendations for Top Management and Board-level decision-making

Willing to be based at the Head Office in Samarinda under an office-hour, Monday-Saturday (6-1/non-roster) work arrangement

The General Manager Finance, Accounting & Tax will lead the overall corporate Finance, Accounting & Tax function from Head Office, with responsibility for financial strategy, business performance, profitability, cash flow, cost efficiency, financial controls, taxation, management reporting, and corporate financial governance.

This role is expected to create measurable business impact by strengthening financial discipline, identifying performance improvement opportunities, optimizing resource allocation, and providing strategic financial direction to support sustainable business growth.
