PT Vanguard Energy Group in Jakarta Selatan seeks a seasoned Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager to lead all finance functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and supervise the team.
You will manage tax, budgeting, cash flow, internal controls, and audits; coordinate with auditors, banks, and consultants; conduct site visits to review processes and cost realization, and travel to operational sites as required.
• Manage and oversee the Finance, Accounting, and Tax functions to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, financial planning, cost control, and overall financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Manage tax calculation, reporting, and compliance, including PPh and PPN.
• Coordinate internal and external audit processes and follow up on audit findings.
• Review financial transactions, reconciliations, and monthly/annual financial reports.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support management decision-making.
• Develop and improve financial control, accounting procedures, and internal controls.
• Lead and supervise the Finance, Accounting & Tax team.
• Coordinate with other departments, auditors, tax consultants, banks, and relevant external parties.
• Conduct periodic site visits to review financial and operational processes, internal controls, cost realization, and finance-related activities at the company's operational sites.
• Willing and able to travel to company operational sites as required.
• Willing to work in accordance with the company's operational requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Finance, Accounting & Tax, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory/managerial position.
• Experience in mining, trading, energy, or commodity industries is highly preferred.
• Audit experience or background in a Public Accounting Firm (KAP) is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Financial Accounting, Taxation, Treasury, Budgeting, Cash Flow Management, and Financial Reporting.
• Good understanding of Indonesian taxation, particularly PPh and PPN.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial reporting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting/ERP systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.
• Willing and able to travel to company operational sites as required.
• Willing to work in accordance with the company's operational requirements.
