Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Transportation/Logistics/Maritime Studies or related field is required.
• 2+ years in operations and/or commercial roles in shipping agency preferred.
• Knowledge of vessel operations and marine services is preferred.
• Knowledge of export/import policies and laws.
• Experience in logistics or supply chain is a plus.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily ship operational activities and ensure compliance with company procedures and regulations.
• Monitor, analyze, and report vessel operations and performance data to improve efficiency and support decision-making.
• Manage relationships with principals, including acquiring new principals, maintaining existing ones, and acting as the main point of contact.
• Ensure alignment of business proposals and agreements with market trends and profitability targets.
• Analyze market conditions and provide insights to support business development and market expansion.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of operational needs and maintain high client satisfaction.
