Job summary

Nippon Koei Energy Asia is seeking an experienced Project Manager Thermal to drive development and execution of thermal power projects across Southeast Asia. You will manage CCPP, coal, co-firing and energy transition initiatives, coordinating with clients, sub-consultants, and contractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and compliance with standards.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills, with travel to project sites as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and execution of thermal power projects (CCPP, co-firing, other).
• Manage project planning, execution, monitoring, and completion.
• Coordinate with clients, sub-consultants, contractors and authorities.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation actions.
• Lead internal teams and guide technical delivery.
• Review deliverables for quality, adherence to specs and contracts.
