Job summary

Nippon Koei Energy Asia in Indonesia seeks a Senior Project Manager - Renewable Energy to lead the delivery of solar, wind, BESS and hybrid projects. You will manage planning, execution, risk, budget, and stakeholder coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

You will work across disciplines, ensure health and safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; travel across Indonesia is expected; PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Energy Eng or related).
8–12 years of professional experience in renewable energy, power, EPC, or consulting.
Proven experience managing utility-scale renewable energy projects (Solar, Wind, BESS, Hybrid).
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee development and execution of renewable energy projects (solar, wind, BESS, hybrid).
Manage all aspects of project planning, implementation, execution, monitoring, and completion.
Coordinate with clients, sub-consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery within budget and standards.
Lead risk management, mitigation planning, and corrective actions; act as main PIC for stakeholders.
Monitor progress, report to management, and ensure QA/QC across deliverables.
Lead multidisciplinary teams and review deliverables from internal and external parties.
Ensure schedules, resources, and contracts meet objectives; facilitate technical meetings.
Uphold health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements; support business development.
