• Strong skills in talent sourcing, candidate screening, and end-to-end recruitment management.
• Experience in stakeholder management and relationship building with international partners.
• Proficiency in interview techniques, competency assessment, and candidate evaluation.
• Ability to manage recruitment data, track pipelines, and prepare clear reports.
• Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or hospitality industry talent management is highly beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
