Job summary

Solenis is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Planning Analyst in Jakarta to manage end-to-end planning, balancing demand forecasts with replenishment, inventory optimization, and supply continuity across local and imported products.

You will work with Sales, Production, Logistics, Procurement, and Regional Planning teams to translate demand into executable plans, create purchase orders, monitor KPIs, and mitigate supply risks while driving continuous improvement in planning master data and

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in supply chain planning or related functions.
• Strong end-to-end planning knowledge including forecasting, replenishment, and inventory management.
• Hands-on ability translating demand forecasts into supply plans and purchase orders.
• Experience managing inventory levels, stock optimization, and supply continuity.
• Advanced SAP knowledge with practical planning, inventory, replenishment, and purchasing experience.
• Proficient in Excel and reporting tools.
• Excellent English communication with regional/international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review demand forecasts and communicate forecast changes to Regional Planner.
• Execute daily replenishment activities within warehouse and supply network.
• Convert demand requirements into replenishment plans and purchase orders.
• Manage and optimize inventory levels and supply chain KPIs.
• Monitor product availability and communicate shortages or risks to stakeholders.
• Initiate preventive and corrective actions to manage inventory.
• Drive stock optimization initiatives including safety stock and obsolete inventory reduction.
• Coordinate with suppliers, plants, logistics, and regional teams on timely availability.
• Support supply planning for local production and imports to ensure continuity.
• Create, monitor, and follow up on purchase orders for timely replenishment.
• Analyze inventory trends and supply constraints to identify improvements.
• Review and maintain planning master data and system parameters.
