PT Solenis Tech Indonesia is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Planning Analyst in Jakarta to manage end-to-end planning activities, ensuring product availability while maintaining optimal inventory and supply continuity. You will coordinate with Sales, Production, Logistics, Procurement, and regional teams to translate forecasts into executable supply plans.

The role requires 8–10 years of experience in planning functions, strong analytical skills, and advanced SAP knowledge with Excel

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, or related functions.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end planning processes including forecasting, replenishment, inventory management, and supply balancing.
• Hands-on experience translating demand forecasts into supply plans and purchase orders.
• Proven experience managing inventory levels, stock optimization, and supply continuity.
• Advanced SAP knowledge with planning, inventory management, replenishment, and purchasing processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Good verbal and written English communication with regional and international stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Review demand forecasts provided by the Sales Team and communicate forecast changes to Regional Planner.
• Execute daily replenishment activities within the warehouse and supply network, including local and imported products.
• Convert demand requirements into replenishment plans and purchase orders to ensure adequate stock availability.
• Manage and optimize inventory levels and supply chain KPIs, balancing customer service levels with inventory efficiency.
• Monitor product availability and proactively communicate potential shortages, bottlenecks, and supply risks to Sales and stakeholders.
• Initiate preventive and corrective actions to manage available inventory according to business priorities.
• Drive stock optimization initiatives, including safety stock management and obsolete inventory reduction.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturing plants, logistics teams, and regional stakeholders for timely availability.
• Support supply planning for local production and imports, ensuring continuity across the business.
• Create, monitor, and follow up on purchase orders for timely replenishment.
• Analyze inventory trends and supply constraints to identify improvement opportunities.
• Regularly review and maintain planning master data and system parameters.
• Prepare planning reports and updates for management review.
• Participate in regional/global planning discussions with cross-functional teams.
