Job summary

Solenis is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Analyst in Indonesia to manage end-to-end planning, balancing demand with supply and optimizing inventory. You will translate forecasts into executable plans, coordinate with sales, production, logistics, and regional teams, and drive improvements in service levels and cost.

Ideal candidates have 8–10 years of planning experience, strong SAP and Excel skills, and excellent English communication for regional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning or related roles.
• Strong understanding of forecasting, replenishment, inventory management, and supply balancing.
• Advanced SAP knowledge and Excel proficiency.
• Excellent English communication with regional and international stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Review demand forecasts and communicate forecast changes to Regional Planner.
• Execute daily replenishment activities within the warehouse and supply network, including local and imported products.
• Convert demand requirements into replenishment plans and purchase orders.
• Manage and optimize inventory levels and supply chain KPIs.
• Monitor product availability and communicate shortages, bottlenecks, and risks to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturing, logistics, and regional stakeholders.
• Prepare planning reports and inventory analyses for management review.
• Participate in regional/global planning discussions and align supply plans with business needs.
