Job summary

Solenis is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Analyst (Planner) in Jakarta, Indonesia, to manage end-to-end planning, including demand and supply planning, forecast management, and inventory optimization. You will coordinate with Sales, Production, Logistics, Procurement, and regional teams to convert forecasts into executable supply plans and ensure continuity of supply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 8–10 years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, or related areas.
• Strong understanding of forecasting, replenishment, and inventory management is essential.

Responsibilities

• Review demand forecasts and communicate changes to the Regional Planner.
• Execute daily replenishment activities across internal and external sources.
• Translate demand into replenishment plans and purchase orders to ensure stock availability.
• Manage inventory levels and KPIs to balance service levels with efficiency.
• Identify and communicate supply risks and drive stock optimization initiatives.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturing plants, logistics, and regional stakeholders.
• Prepare planning reports and participate in regional/global planning discussions.
