Job summary

Solenis is seeking an experienced Procurement & Sourcing Manager in Jakarta to drive strategic sourcing, supplier management, and cost optimization across our business. You will partner with regional teams, suppliers, and contract manufacturers to deliver savings and inventory improvements.

The role requires 5+ years in procurement within manufacturing, and strong knowledge of SAP, Power BI, SAC, SFDC, and Coupa E-Sourcing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of procurement experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in chemical or related industries preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, Power BI, SAC, SFDC, and Coupa E-Sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sourcing projects to achieve cost savings, COGS, working capital, OTIF, supply lead-time, and raw material inventory targets.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop new potential suppliers and sourcing opportunities.
• Manage relationships with contract manufacturers and key suppliers, ensuring commercial, operational, and data requirements are consistently met.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with SOX requirements, company policies, and procurement guidelines.
• Maintain accurate and timely procurement data across SAP, Coupa, SAC, and other relevant systems.
• Prepare regular project updates, reports, and insights for the Regional/APAC Procurement leadership team and country business leaders.
• Monitor supplier and market intelligence to ensure business and procurement decisions are based on accurate and reliable information.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver business objectives and continuously improve procurement processes.
• Support change management initiatives and drive continuous improvement across sourcing and procurement activities.
