Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conducting Sales Presentations: adhere to consultative Sales Process, build trust, lead resort tours, explain product features, close contracts, and follow up with new members.
• Working with Sales Management: collaborate to minimize cancellations, analyze problems, and complete purchase summaries.
• Providing Service to Others: respond to member inquiries, use available resources, and deliver effective service.
• Other Responsibilities: manage time, learn Marriott Vacation Worldwide culture and processes, improve sales approaches, participate in trainings, attend meetings, mentor others, stay informed on current events.
