Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years in Purchasing Manager or similar role.
• Experience leading a Purchasing team.
• Experience managing local and overseas suppliers.
• Understanding of international purchasing, imports, shipping, and docs.
• Strong negotiation, analytics, leadership, and communication.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of pricing, costs, terms, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead purchasing strategies with local and overseas suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, quantities, and lead times.
• Source, evaluate, and develop suppliers while monitoring performance.
• Manage international purchasing, imports, shipping, and logistics.
• Monitor purchasing costs, budgets, invoices, payments, and procurement data.
• Ensure product quality, quantity, specs, and delivery meet requirements.
• Lead and develop the Purchasing team and improve processes.
