Job summary

Fasdeli Group in Jakarta is seeking a motivated Business Development professional to drive growth in remittance sales and foreign exchange. You will identify opportunities, build key customer relationships, and close deals while keeping up with market conditions.

Responsibilities include establishing partnerships, managing existing relationships, developing domestic and international remittance ventures, and reporting on business analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• 1–2 years of remittance sales/forex/treasury banking experience.
• Strong public speaking and communication skills.
• Mandarin language skills with HSK 4 or higher advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify market potential within the Company and externally.
• Establish and build partnerships with trusted enablers/aggregators.
• Manage relationships and collaborations with existing partners and customers.
• Develop domestic and international remittance businesses.
• Prepare reports regarding business analysis and business development.
• Collaborate with the digital team weekly, monthly, and quarterly to align activities with Company values and objectives.
• Ensure all business activities comply with Bank Indonesia Regulations (PBI).
