Job summary

Monee is seeking a results-driven Business Development & Partnerships professional to identify new markets and strategic alliances in the remittance and fintech space in Jakarta. You will manage partnerships, optimize disbursement and transfer rates, and drive cost efficiency across B2B and B2C segments.

You will collaborate with product, operations, legal, treasury, and finance teams, ensuring compliant growth and delivery of market-leading solutions in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in business development and partnerships in fintech.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills.
• Analytical with data-driven reporting to upper management.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa; Mandarin a plus.
• Experience with global client management and online payment solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential markets and new business opportunities with remittance providers and Mitra PPOB aggregators.
• Build, maintain, and manage strategic partnerships to secure optimal disbursement and transfer rates and drive cost efficiency for B2B and B2C.
• Focus on making products top of mind and competitive by managing Profit and Loss based on opportunities.
• Provide market analysis and business reports for partners and management.
• Coordinate with product, operations, legal, treasury, finops and finance to align goals.
• Ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements in cross-border and domestic transactions.
