Job summary

TrentGO is seeking a procurement-support professional in Indonesia to handle quotations, sales orders and logistics, liaising with customers and suppliers. The role requires timely processing under a third-party contract in Indonesia and effective workload management.

You will interact with international inquiries, provide product information, and ensure contract review documentation is complete while maintaining high service levels and strong communication with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High level of customer service skills and excellent communication abilities.

• Experience in procurement, quotation handling, sales orders and/or logistics.

Responsibilities

• Provide product information to customers and obtain supplier quotes.
• Process quotations and sales orders timely with complete information.
• Ensure all contract review documentation is completed.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints with appropriate solutions within timeframes.
• Coordinate with team leader and manage own workload.
• Deal with international enquiries and liaise with customers.
• Monitor RFQs and procurement solutions to collect requests for processing.
