Job summary

DP World in Jakarta, Indonesia is seeking a Senior Manager Finance to lead the finance portfolio for Indonesia and Timor Leste, reporting to the Director – Finance - Indonesia – APAC. You will oversee a small team, drive robust financial planning, and partner with regional teams to deliver accurate financial statements.

The role requires ACCA or equivalent, 7+ years in multinational logistics, strong Excel, ERP experience (Oracle Fusion), IFRS knowledge, and a proven track record in building

Qualifications

• Candidates should have Big 4 experience and ACCA/equivalent certification.
• Minimum 7 years experience in multinational companies and/or logistics/freight-forwarding.
• Strong business acumen balancing commercial and financial considerations.
• Experience in finance with emphasis on financial analysis, budgeting and business partnering.
• Tech-savvy with understanding of modern finance systems, automation and data structures in a multinational.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion preferred) and IFRS familiarity.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas and robust financial models.
• Ability to translate complex finance concepts into clear insights.
• Proven leadership to mentor and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication in Bahasa and English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the trusted advisor to business unit leaders.
• Manage a small team and staff development for succession planning.
• Provide leadership and foster a collaborative team culture with mentorship.
• Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management and stakeholders.
• Build robust financial models to support forecasting, budgeting and decisions.
• Develop standards, controls and processes in line with accounting standards and policies.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, audits and tax reporting/compliance.
• Build stakeholder relationships across the business.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, cash flows and balance sheets for senior management.
• Maintain an accurate filing system for financial statements and documents.
• Lead ERP system implementation to optimize financial workflows and data architecture.
• Oversee annual internal/external audits.
