A.P. Moller - Maersk is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end project logistics, coordinating across commercial, procurement, and operations to deliver on-time, in-sequence shipments for complex projects.

The role requires 3-7 years in project freight forwarding with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; travel and site visits may be required to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction across MPL product offerings.

Qualifications

• Project freight forwarding background with 3-7 years' experience.
• Experience in sales support, tender management, and operations.
• Extensive execution across all transport modes including OOG cargo.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for customers and ensure smooth end-to-end shipment lifecycle.
• Coordinate with commercial, growth enablement, QHSE and procurement for strategic development.
• Establish and track goals, metrics, and indicators for MPL project success.
• Demonstrate adaptability to market fluctuations and disruptions; meet timelines.
• Foster data-driven relationships with clients aligned to MPL growth strategies.
• Oversee internal implementation of customer solutions with reporting structures and QHSE requirements.
• Drive operational excellence across teams and ensure program deliverables.
• Identify value-added solutions for the customer and Maersk.
• Represent accounts during business implementation and onboarding of new Maersk product portfolios.
• Identify and reduce program operating costs; source rate and offer economical solutions.
• Travel domestically/internationally as required.
