Job summary

Epiroc seeks a Global Product Line Manager for Mining Accessories to own the portfolio strategy, lifecycle management, and commercial performance on a global scale. You will define the roadmap, identify market opportunities, and collaborate with Production, Sales, Sourcing, and Engineering to deliver customer-centric solutions that propel sustainable growth.

You will lead cross-functional efforts, manage pricing, and aim for profitable expansion while ensuring compliance and resilient product

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in product portfolio management within mining, construction, heavy equipment, industrial products or adjacent sector.
• Experience working across functions, geography and cultures in a matrix organization.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Willingness to travel regularly to support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global product roadmap for Mining Accessories.
• Identify growth opportunities and drive portfolio expansion aligned with market trends.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from opportunity to launch and phase-out.
• Own revenue, margins, profitability and growth targets for the portfolio.
• Drive pricing strategy, forecasting, inventory optimization and product availability.
• Collaborate with Production, Sales, Sourcing, Engineering, Supply Chain and E‑commerce.
• Support M&A assessments and strategic partnerships where applicable.
• Equip sales organizations with tools and product knowledge for market execution.
