PT Suprabakti Mandiri is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead market penetration across mining, industrial, power, and heavy industry sectors in Indonesia. You will drive multi-site account strategies, manage the sales pipeline, and collaborate with operations to ensure delivery and satisfaction.

You will mentor regional sales and operations teams, steer P&L growth, and travel extensively to key locations, balancing growth with profitability while maintaining high-performance standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering, business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in regional sales leadership roles.
• Total 10+ years experience in power, mining, cement, industrial sectors.
• Experience with project-based sales and tenders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regional market penetration strategies and drive revenue growth.
• Develop and manage strategic and key accounts across mining, industrial, power, cement, and heavy industry sectors.
• Acquire new customers and expand wallet share within existing accounts.
• Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and deal closures for high-value projects and contracts.
• Act as executive sponsor and escalation point for key customers.
• Lead and develop regional Sales and Operations teams to achieve revenue and margin targets.
• Collaborate with Operations and Service teams to ensure execution quality and customer satisfaction.
• Manage regional commercial performance, including revenue, margin, and business risk.
• Strong knowledge of Digital tools, CRM, and Sales Analytics.
