Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an experienced leader to develop and execute the company’s international commercial strategy from Jakarta. You will identify new markets, manage international distributors and strategic partners, and accelerate pharmaceutical export sales to drive growth.

The role requires 5–10 years in relevant roles, at least 3 years in leadership, and strong English communication for global negotiations. Domestic and international travel will be expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in commercial, business development, sales, or international business roles, preferably in pharma.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial or leadership experience.
• Experience developing national and/or international markets.
• Strong knowledge of B2B, distributor management, business development, and market expansion.
• Experience with export-import processes in pharma is preferred.
• Understanding regulatory and product registration processes is advantageous.
• Experience dealing with international distributors, principals, agents, or strategic partners is preferred.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate market opportunities into commercial strategies and build long-term relationships.
• Proficient in English, written and spoken; ability to travel domestically and internationally.
