Job summary

TalentGo in Indonesia is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead pharmaceutical sales strategies, oversee distribution networks including hospitals and pharmacies, and drive revenue growth across channels.

You will mentor a sales team, monitor targets, ensure BPOM compliance, and collaborate with management on forecasting and budgeting. Travel as needed to engage customers and distributors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian pharmaceutical industry, including distribution channels and sales processes to healthcare facilities.
• Proven track record of achieving measurable sales targets.
• Proficient in commercial negotiation, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company's revenue, volume, and profitability targets.
• Analyze sales performance by product, area, distributor, and customer segment.
• Identify growth opportunities and enhance sales of existing products.
• Manage and develop pharmaceutical distribution networks including PBFs, hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare institutions.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate the sales team, including Area Sales Managers, supervisors, and Medical Representatives.
• Monitor weekly and monthly target achievements, customer growth, and accounts receivable.
• Ensure all pharmaceutical promotion and sales activities comply with BPOM regulations and related provisions.
