Job summary

Razer is seeking a Partnership Manager for Razer AI to scale the partner ecosystem around QA Companion‑AI, our AI-powered QA platform. You will identify and onboard high-impact partners across studios and QA providers, and lead executive relationships to drive adoption and revenue growth.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to create integrations and go-to-market programs, while representing Razer AI at events and ensuring successful market execution.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years in partnerships, business development, alliances, or account management within tech/SaaS.
• Strong strategic relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across technical and business audiences.
• Strategic thinker with go-to-market, partner programs, or ecosystem growth experience.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the partnership strategy for Razer QA Companion-AI with AAA, AA and indie studios, publishers, and QA providers.
• Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard high-impact partners to accelerate product adoption and revenue growth.
• Build and manage executive-level relationships with key stakeholders across partner organizations.
• Drive joint business planning and establish mutually beneficial go-to-market initiatives, including co-selling, co-marketing, and marketplace opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify integration opportunities enhancing the QA Companion‑AI platform.
• Work with Sales and Marketing to support pipeline generation, customer acquisition, and partner-led growth.
• Provide partner enablement through training, workshops, product demonstrations, and sales readiness programs.
• Monitor industry trends to identify new business opportunities and strategic alliances.
• Represent Razer AI at industry events, customer meetings, partner conferences, and executive briefings.
• Measure, analyze, and report on partnership performance, aligning with business objectives and growth targets.
