Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Marketing or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of partnerships, business development, alliances, or account management within technology/SaaS.
• Strong strategic relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the partnership strategy for QA Companion-AI across studios and QA providers.
• Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard high-impact partners to accelerate product adoption.
• Build executive-level relationships and drive joint business planning and GTM initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify integration opportunities that add customer value.
• Support pipeline generation and partner-led growth with Sales and Marketing teams.
• Enable partners through training, workshops, product demos, and sales readiness programs.
• Monitor AI/DevOps/QA trends to identify new opportunities and alliances.
