Job summary

REDBUZZ is seeking a QA Engineer who combines solid testing fundamentals with AI-assisted workflows to improve test coverage, accelerate bug discovery, and automate repetitive testing. Experience with AI across the QA lifecycle is required.

You will review requirements, create test plans and cases, perform functional and non-functional testing, validate APIs, and document bugs clearly to help the development team ship reliable digital products from our Jakarta office.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of software QA fundamentals.
• Experience with manual testing and test case creation.
• Knowledge of web/app development workflows and APIs.
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools and basic databases.

Responsibilities

• Review product and technical requirements.
• Create test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
• Perform functional and non-functional testing.
• Conduct regression testing.
• Perform exploratory testing.
• Validate frontend and backend behavior.
• Test APIs and third-party integrations.
• Identify bugs, inconsistencies, and edge cases.
• Document bugs clearly for developers.
