Job summary

You will own the partnership strategy, governance, and performance management, ensuring exceptional service standards and cross-functional collaboration to unlock growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in partnerships, business development, commercial leadership or sales.
- Proven success securing and growing strategic commercial partnerships.
- Experience leading high-performing teams.
- Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence senior leaders and external partners.
- Experience operating in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Grow and evolve our partner network by defining and delivering TLC's global partnership strategy.
- Identify and secure high-value strategic partners and expand our rewards portfolio.
- Lead a high-performing partnerships team with clear KPIs and development plans.
- Deliver operational excellence with governance, reporting and ROI tracking.
