Job summary

KBA DMC is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Lombok to ensure smooth travel operations, coordinating with guides, drivers, hotels, and local suppliers while delivering memorable experiences for guests.

You will manage daily tours, monitor guest movements, resolve issues quickly, and maintain clear communication with reservations and operations teams. The role requires at least two years in travel or hospitality and a proactive, organized approach. Based in Lombok, English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Responsible, proactive, well-organized, and able to handle operational matters effectively.
• Good problem-solving skills and able to respond quickly to operational situations.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Good knowledge of Lombok and surrounding destinations will be an advantage.
• Willing to be based in Lombok.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily tour and travel operations in Lombok.
• Ensure all services are delivered according to itinerary and company standards.
• Coordinate with guides, drivers, hotels, restaurants, and other local suppliers.
• Monitor guest movements and operational arrangements.
• Handle operational issues and provide timely solutions when required.
• Maintain effective communication with the KBA DMC reservation and operation teams.
• Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction throughout the journey.
