Responsibilities

• Customer Scenario Exploration and Solution Preparation: deeply explore customer material procurement scenarios, prepare and execute sales operation service solutions, provide comprehensive packaged solutions for large enterprise customers, help business expansion.
• Project Participation and Solution Formulation: participate in the full process of sales projects, assist in business negotiations and solution design, analyze B-end enterprise needs and formulate operation solutions to achieve standardized project management and promote customer output.
• Resource Coordination and Problem Solving: coordinate resources from various company departments to solve problems encountered in customer procurement and ensure smooth project implementation.
• Data Analysis and Service Optimization: regularly analyze customer data, optimize products, improve service quality and satisfaction for major customers, maximize customer value.
• Customer Relationship Maintenance: maintain daily relationships, explore needs, boost sales potential, strengthen customer relations and maintain long-term cooperation.
• Project Operation and Risk Control: design full-process operation solutions for projects, prepare for launch, optimize landing operations, ensure fund risk control, handle payment, account and invoice issues to ensure project receivables.
