Job summary

GoTo Group is seeking a Mobility Service Manager to lead regional travel management, visa and work permit operations, international travel insurance, and employee mobility programs across ID, SG, IN, CN. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading corporate mobility, business travel management, or global travel operations across multi-country regions.
• Proven track record in RFP management, contract negotiation, SLA monitoring, and vendor relationship management with airlines, hotels, and TMCs.
• Strong understanding of regional business visa regulations, work permit embassy processes, and international travel insurance models.
• Demonstrated experience managing corporate budgets, spend analytics, and invoice reconciliation processes.
• Hands-on experience with travel management platforms, ERP/ticketing systems, and workflow automation tools.
• Excellent communication skills to align with executive leaders, finance, IT, HR/People Ops, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional travel and mobility policies across ID, SG, IN, and CN with regular compliance analyses.
• Lead vendor negotiation, performance management, renewals, and cost optimization with airlines, hotels, travel agents, and mobility partners.
• Direct annual mobility budget planning, variance reporting, spend analytics, and invoice reconciliations.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for complex business travel, visa/immigration requirements, and travel insurance claims.
• Drive system enhancements and automation across mobility tools (e.g., Helios, Trip.Biz, Lark, Coupa).
• Guide and supervise specialized employee programs including childcare initiatives and vendor tenders.
