Job summary

Feishu in Jakarta is seeking a skilled procurement specialist for our Jakarta Corporate function / Support - Procurement. You will lead supplier sourcing, negotiate terms, and ensure contract signing and value optimization across projects.

You will coordinate with demand and overseas material teams, drive cost savings, manage supplier performance, and uphold standard processes. Proficiency in English is required; Mandarin is a plus and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 2+ years in purchasing/procurement.
• Extensive supplier network and ability to develop supplier teams.
• Proficient with MS Office, data tools and cost-saving methods.
• Strong communication/negotiation and teamwork.
• English fluency; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leading supplier sourcing and introduction; negotiation of terms and contract signing.
• Proactively provide material configuration iteration and cost optimization solutions to demand side, generating value-added services.
• New equipment development + procurement integration; develop and purchase order matching loops and supplier records.
• Set up standard processes and maintain Knowledge Base.
• Coach and train on overseas material module work.
