Job summary

Midplaza Holding is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Officer to join our Corporate Office in Sudirman, Jakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for managing procurement activities, sourcing suppliers, and facilitating communication with vendors to ensure the acquisition of high-quality goods and services for our operations.

The ideal candidate speaks Mandarin and English fluently, has 1–2 years of purchasing experience, and is comfortable using SAP for procurement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (both verbal and written).
• 1–2 years of purchasing or procurement experience.
• Experience with ME, Interior, and Architecture materials procurement preferred.
• Knowledge of import documentation and customs clearance procedures is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and procure supplies and materials for daily operations, especially ME, Interior, and Architecture materials.
• Process Purchase Requisitions (PR) in SAP for goods from China.
• Provide price comparisons to ensure cost efficiency.
• Assist in preparing and managing customs clearance documentation.
• Support the clearance process for imported goods.
• Coordinate with internal users across hotels, projects, and the holding company to meet procurement needs.
