Job summary

Excelitas Technologies Corp. Batam manufacturing site seeks an experienced Master Planning Lead to drive end-to-end planning across operations, balancing customer demand, capacity, inventory, and efficiency.

You will oversee Master Planning, Production Planning, Capacity Planning, Inventory Management and S&OP while collaborating with Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Commercial, Finance, and Global Supply Chain teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, operations management, business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years in production planning or related functions, preferably in manufacturing.
• 2+ years leading teams or projects; experience with regional/global planning is a plus.
• Strong expertise in master planning, production planning, capacity planning, inventory management, demand planning, supply planning, and S&OP.
• Hands-on ERP experience with SAP (PP/MM, APO, or IBP), Oracle or equivalent.
• Strong Excel and Power BI data visualization skills.
• Experience leading ERP implementations, planning transformation, or supply chain optimization is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead Master Planning, Production Planning, Capacity Planning, Inventory Management, and Demand & Supply Planning.
• Drive the S&OP process by aligning forecasts, capacity, inventory, and business priorities.
• Develop and maintain optimized master production schedules balancing demand and capacity.
• Monitor capacity and resource utilization; identify and mitigate supply risks.
• Establish inventory strategies to optimize working capital while maintaining service levels.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Commercial, Finance, and Global Supply Chain.
• Drive planning transformation initiatives, including ERP optimization and digitalization of planning processes.
• Lead continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma and best practices.
• Coach and develop team members; foster collaboration and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing quality, safety, and environmental requirements.
