Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia (Matcha Talent) seeks a Demand Planning & Inventory Analytics Lead to optimize inventory across group subsidiaries. You will lead data-driven forecasting, material planning, and cross-functional collaboration with warehouse, procurement, logistics, and operations teams.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in demand or inventory analytics, strong Excel/BI skills, and the ability to operate across mining, agriculture, and industrial sectors from Jakarta-based sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Math, Industrial Engineering, Data Science or Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in demand/inventory planning or supply chain analytics in multi-site environments.
• Strong data manipulation, forecasting, and MRP knowledge; ability to translate data into actionable decisions.
• Proven ability to work across industries including mining, agriculture, and manufacturing.
• Professional English; excellent communication for senior management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze historical consumption, inventory movements, and supplier lead times across subsidiaries.
• Develop demand forecasting models and inventory planning methods for multi-site operations.
• Identify slow-moving or excess inventory and recommendations to optimize working capital.
• Configure MRP parameters and EOQ, safety stock, and reorder points to meet production needs.
• Present data-driven recommendations to senior management and COO; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
