• Follow established cash receipting procedures (EFT and credit card).
• Investigate and process valid refunds for customers.
• Reconcile customer accounts in accounting software.
• Monitor milestones and update stakeholders on payment status.
• Prepare and issue billing invoices and supporting documents.
