Job summary

DVI Solutions Asia is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement and Logistics Specialist in Indonesia to manage purchasing, supplier coordination, inventory control, and logistics operations.

You will ensure timely procurement, optimize costs, maintain compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support regional projects and fast-moving supply chains. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in procurement or logistics, experience with ERP systems, and strong negotiation and analytics skills.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in procurement, logistics, or supply chain.
• Experience with IT hardware/electronics.
• Experience in procurement sourcing, inventory management, and shipping docs.
• Proficient with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics).
• Familiar with import/export procedures and Incoterms.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for pricing and delivery.
• Issue purchase orders and monitor fulfillment.
• Maintain supplier relationships and sourcing opportunities.
• Track procurement records and contracts.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with freight forwarders.
• Monitor shipment schedules and resolve delays.
• Manage inventory levels and stock movements.
• Prepare shipping and customs documents.
• Maintain ERP/inventory data and generate reports.
• Monitor supplier KPIs and audits.
