Job summary

DVI Solutions in Jakarta Selatan is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement and Logistics Specialist to manage purchasing, supplier coordination, inventory control, and logistics operations.

You will ensure timely procurement, optimize costs, maintain compliance with policies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on regional projects with global brands.

Experience with ERP systems and import/export procedures is valued.

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation (pricing & quotation) and vendor management skills.

• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors for pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
• Issue purchase orders and monitor order fulfillment.
• Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and identify new sourcing opportunities.
• Conduct cost comparisons and support cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
• Track and manage procurement records, contracts, and supplier documentation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on purchasing requirements and timelines.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with freight forwarders, transport providers, and warehouses.
• Monitor shipment schedules and resolve delivery issues or delays.
• Manage inventory levels to support operational requirements.
• Prepare and review shipping documents, customs documentation, and delivery records.
• Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to ensure accurate stock movement.
• Support demand planning and inventory forecasting activities.
• Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations.
• Maintain accurate procurement and logistics data in ERP or inventory systems.
• Prepare reports on purchasing, inventory, and logistics performance.
• Monitor supplier KPIs and logistics service performance.
• Support audits and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Experience in IT hardware, electronics or related
• Experience in procurement sourcing, inventory management, and shipping documentation.
• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Familiarity with import/export procedures and Incoterms.
• Strong negotiation (pricing & quotation) and vendor management skills
