Job summary

DVI Solutions Asia is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement and Logistics Specialist to manage purchasing, supplier coordination, inventory, and logistics operations in Indonesia. The role ensures timely procurement, cost efficiency, and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities include negotiating with suppliers, issuing POs, coordinating shipments, managing inventory levels, and maintaining ERP records.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Experience in IT hardware, electronics or related
• Experience in procurement sourcing, inventory management, and shipping documentation.
• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Familiarity with import/export procedures and Incoterms.
• Strong negotiation (pricing & quotation) and vendor management skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Issue purchase orders and monitor order fulfillment.
• Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and identify new sourcing opportunities.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with freight forwarders, transport providers, and warehouses.
• Monitor shipment schedules and resolve delivery issues or delays.
• Manage inventory levels to support operational requirements.
• Prepare and review shipping documents, customs documentation, and delivery records.
• Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to ensure accurate stock movement.
• Support demand planning and inventory forecasting activities.
• Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations.
• Maintain accurate procurement and logistics data in ERP or inventory systems.
• Prepare reports on purchasing, inventory, and logistics performance.
• Monitor supplier KPIs and logistics service performance.
• Support audits and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors for pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
