Job summary

SabiKerja, a Jakarta-based headhunter agency, represents an IP consulting firm offering trademark, patent, copyright, and industrial design registration services. As an Account Executive, you will build new business, manage client relationships, and drive the sales process from lead to close.

Key duties include consultations, proposals, and maintaining CRM records, with emphasis on IP solutions for domestic and international clients. Strong communication and IP experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 from a reputable university; Law, Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in consultative or solution-based sales is preferred.
• IP/IPR experience and exposure to foreign clients are strong advantages.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Conduct client consultations and recommend IP protection services.
• Prepare proposals, follow up with prospects, and close sales.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and foreign associates.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain client records and sales reports via CRM.
