Job summary

PT PUMA Cat Indonesia is seeking a logistics professional to manage import permits, PI quota realization, and shipment coordination. The role requires coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance and timely delivery of goods.

Experience in Indonesian import regulations, PI quota management, and customs processes is preferred. A Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related fields is desirable, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and English/Bahasa language skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in logistics operations.
• Bachelor Degree / Higher Diploma in Logistics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Understand Indonesian import regulations, permits, and compliance for PI quota and VO processes.
• Coordinate with planning, forwarders, and brokers to arrange shipments and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor PIB, HS code accuracy, and shipping documents for customs clearance and invoicing.
