Job summary

IBMC helps ambitious companies expand into Indonesia and Southeast Asia. We are seeking an HR Generalist to own internal HR administration with emphasis on data integrity and documentation.

The role collaborates with Finance on payroll inputs and with Talent Acquisition on onboarding logistics, while delivering independent compliance outcomes. The position covers HR operations, employee records, lifecycle management, payroll coordination, and support for recruitment across our international

Qualifications

• Must ensure data integrity of HR records and documentation.
• Experience maintaining employee records and HR databases.
• Coordinate payroll inputs with Finance and onboarding logistics with TA.
• Proactive problem-solving to identify and fix issues before they arise.

Responsibilities

• HR Operations & Employee Records: Maintain accurate records, databases, and personnel files.
• Employee Lifecycle Management: Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes; document changes.
• Payroll Coordination: Prepare data for monthly payroll; resolve discrepancies with Finance.
• Employee Relations Support: Assist with inquiries, warnings, investigations, and documentation.
• Recruitment & Onboarding Support: Schedule interviews, manage candidate docs, and onboarding prep.
