IBMC is an international HR services provider helping companies manage HR operations, payroll, and compliance. We are seeking an HR Operations & Compliance Specialist to ensure data integrity, maintain employee records, and drive documentation accuracy across the employee lifecycle.

The role collaborates with Finance on payroll inputs and with Talent Acquisition on onboarding logistics, while owning compliance outcomes independently.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations and payroll coordination.
• Strong data integrity and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-growing firm.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Prepare payroll inputs and liaise with Finance.
• Assist with employee relations and documentation.
