Job summary

IBMC helps ambitious companies expand into Indonesia and Southeast Asia. We’re seeking an HR Generalist to ensure accuracy and compliance of internal HR administration, with focus on data integrity and documentation.

You will collaborate with Finance on payroll inputs and with Talent Acquisition on onboarding logistics, while owning compliance outcomes. The role emphasizes proactive problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and maintaining thorough HR records and processes across the

Qualifications

• Experience in HR administration and payroll coordination is preferred.
• Strong focus on data integrity and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes and prepare required documentation.
• Prepare and verify employee information for monthly payroll processing and coordinate updates with Finance.
• Support day-to-day employee inquiries and HR requests, including investigations and warning letters.
• Assist Talent Acquisition with interview scheduling, candidate documentation, and onboarding preparation.
