Solve Employment is hiring Hospitality Officers for multiple placements with international employers. Roles include Restaurant Host, Server, Barista, Kitchen Steward, Commis Chef, and Chef & Cook Assistant. You will support guest service, F&B operations, and kitchen functions to deliver exceptional experiences.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK). A Diploma or Bachelor's in Hospitality, Tourism, Culinary Arts, Customer Service, or related field is an advantage.
• Experience: 1–2 years in hospitality, F&B, cafés, restaurants, hotels, or customer service; some placements may require more depending on the employer.
• Language: Basic to fluent English; additional languages (Arabic, Korean) are an advantage.
• Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to deliver warm, professional service.
• Technical Skills: Comfortable with hospitality tech including POS, reservations platforms, tablets, etc.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
• Flexibility: Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and stand for long periods.
• Additional Skills: Experience in coffee prep, latte art, culinary ops, or kitchen equipment is welcomed.

Responsabilités

• Deliver warm, professional guest service to create a welcoming experience.
• Help with front-of-house operations: seating, reservations, and guest information.
• Support food & beverage service according to company standards and procedures.
• Operate POS systems, reservation platforms, tablets, and other hospitality tech.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across dining, café, kitchen, and service areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and feedback with a positive attitude.
• Follow safety procedures and food safety regulations.
• Assist with inventory, equipment maintenance, and stock replenishment.
