ib vogt GmbH is seeking a Grid Solutions Manager to oversee the design, development and energization of grid infrastructure for utility-scale PV and BESS projects. You will lead international collaborations, coordinate with consultants, and ensure compliance with Indonesian Grid Code.

The role requires an electrical engineering background, 8+ years in grid connections, and strong English communication. Candidates should be able to drive complex projects from early definition to handover.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in electrical engineering or energy technology.
• 8+ years of relevant experience with grid connections in Indonesia.
• International project management experience in grid connections for PV/BESS projects.
• Solid understanding of the Indonesian Grid Code and grid compliance.
• Proficiency in English; certifications in AutoCAD, PowerFactory, PSS/E or PMI are advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage grid infrastructure for PV power plants and BESS projects.
• Design grid connections and coordinate with on-site teams and partners.
• Coordinate external engineering consultants and supervise tendering of interconnection infrastructure.
• Engage with utilities and stakeholders worldwide for technical discussions.
• Prepare documentation for management, clients, lenders and advisers; ensure energization and handover to O&M.
