You will lead talent attraction for our global logistics team, focusing on expanding international client networks and optimizing our internal hiring processes. With at least five years in land-transport sales, you will leverage your communication and negotiation skills to shape partnerships, identify markets, and support our growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales in land transport.
• Established client network focused on international market.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Willing to travel occasionally.
• English at B2 level; German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote the department, company and services.
• Identify new markets and opportunities.
